Register
Each hospital keeps its own register of equipment by department, with asset tags, QR labels, warranties and documents.
Track
Status from receipt to disposal: in use, idle, under maintenance, faulty, missing. Maintenance and calibration are scheduled and followed up.
Audit
Auditors plan risk-based audits, verify equipment on site with QR scanning, and follow findings through to corrective action.
Access is restricted to authorised ministry, district and hospital staff. Hospital staff sign in at their hospital's own address.
